Session 2: Partnership Brokering: a principle-based approach
Working through 5 core partnership principles that have emerged in response to challenges seen in partnerships around the world, we will consider their pratical important and how they may help to open up disussions with your partnerships. We will go on to explore the role of the partnership broker in supporting and strengthening a partnership. We will use the experience in the group to explore the potential added value that partnership brokering could bring to a collaboraiton.
