This advanced course by the Partnership Brokers Association (PBA) is designed for graduates of the Partnership Brokers Training who want to deepen their expertise, refine their practice, and explore complex real-world challenges in partnership brokering.
Through a mix of theory, peer learning, and hands-on practice, participants engage in reflective discussions, test new approaches, and strengthen their ability to guide transformational collaborations.

Participant Profile
To be eligible for this course, participants will need to bring:=
- Experience as an internal or external partnership broker
- A curiosity to learn, reflect, and challenge their own practice
- Commitment to helping organisations unlock their collaborative potential
- Interest in adult learning and participatory approaches to partnership brokering
Further Opportunities
Participants who complete all sessions will receive a Certificate of Completion. Eligible graduates may fast-track to the Accreditation Programme, a globally recognised professional mentoring pathway to becoming an Accredited Partnership Broker.
Accredited brokers can engage in PBA’s development and governance, and participate in Associate Learning Forums and knowledge exchanges.
