In today’s complex and interconnected world, traditional top-down leadership models often fall short. Collaborative Leadership is about harnessing collective intelligence, sharing responsibility, and building trust across boundaries.
This five-week experiential programme supports leaders to inspire cooperation, manage power dynamics, and co-create solutions that matter. Throughout the journey, participants are guided to grow in confidence, purpose, and authenticity — developing a renewed vision of what it means to lead collaboratively.
Working on a real leadership challenge that matters to you, you’ll gain practical tools, fresh perspectives, and actionable strategies to drive meaningful change.

- Co-creation mindset and collaborative decision-making

- Applying collaborative leadership to your real-world challenge

Programme Details
- Format: A 5-week blended journey combining live online workshops, peer learning groups, and self-paced modules — with optional peer coaching sessions for deeper reflection.
- Commitment: 1 × 2.5-hour live Zoom session per week, plus optional coaching.
- Dates: 4 March – 1 April 2026 (Wednesdays, 9:00–11:30am UK time)
- Delivery: Fully virtual, using interactive tools and downloadable learning resources.
