Our motivation

Humanity faces multiple, complex and urgent challenges, including structural inequity and ecological breakdown. We need to transform the behaviours and systems that reinforce these challenges. We can only achieve this if we challenge our thinking and scale our capacity for courageous, contextual and culturally appropriate collaborative action.

Learning and sharing emerging knowledge from partnering experiences through practice-based enquiry and powerful stories of change

Amplifying the case for partnership process management (partnership brokering) as a necessary component of transformational collaboration, and building recognition of this professional field

Weaving our global network as a powerful, dynamic community of change makers, inspired by the possibilities of radical collaborative action & new forms of leadership
